SchoolTipline Spotlight
Holly Rose is the most recent addition to the growing team of Public Relations interns. She is originally from Davis, California but came to Utah for school. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in Communications in 2009.
Holly loves spending time at the beach with friends. She also enjoys the smell of rain and the towel room at Bed Bath & Beyond. She has a strange obsession with checking the weather on weather.com regularly!
Holly has done a great job already with updating the SchoolTipline social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook. She also helps with the blog and conducting research. She is a hard worker who produces quality work.
SchoolTipline Spotlight
Emily Crane is one of our Public Relations interns. She is originally from Kansas but made her way west to attend Brigham Young University Idaho. She recently graduated with a B.A. in Communications.
She enjoys photography, playing ultimate frisbee and spending time with family and friends. She has developed her Spanish skills and hopes to be able to continue that through the rest of her life.
She has her own bucket list that includes; visiting every continent, sky diving and someday seeing the Kansas City Royals winning the World Series. She might be waiting awhile for the Royals to come through : )
Emily has been a joy to have around the office always bringing a smile and positive attitude to work. She works on the blog, does school research and helps out with the many day to day tasks that come up.
SchoolTipline Spotlight
Jorge Torres is one of the newest additions to SchoolTipline. Torres comes from Chihuahua, Mexico. He just graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a business management minor.
He enjoys playing golf, soccer and tennis. He has also gotten into the outdoors since moving to Provo. He loves mountain biking the trails available in Utah Valley.
Jorge came into SchoolTipline as an intern and has already made significant contributions to the company. He is actively involved in maintaining the blog as well as conducting research about the schools potentially joining up with SchoolTipline. As a side venture he is running a small snow cone shack in Provo near the J-Dawg stand south of BYU campus. If you’re in the area this summer check it out and get to know Jorge.
